11.1 You may close your fry49 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method.
11.2 fry49 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if fry49 is required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fry49 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the fry49 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
12.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, you must notify fry49 support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. fry49 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes notified after thirty days may not be investigated.
